I went over to Dr. Bass' site and read the article about fruit -- very interesting! I will go back and read more of his articles.

Dr. Gabriel Cousens also discusses using fewer of the sweet fruits to avoid a sugar spike and using more of the vegetable fruits. In his Rainbow Diet, he does not use any mushrooms and finds the blood to be cleaner.
