Hi Uny.  I hope you are feeling better and am interested in hearing about your progress with your adrenals.  I am wondering about regular companion nutrients for support of the adrenals which might be beneficial to take while supplementing with the iodine.

Have you read the IP6 threads in there?  I remember reading something about this already in the iodine forum, which is why I never supplemented with it.  I believe there has been some discussion about a number of these issues already, although I do not read in there regularly anymore so am unsure if is now being promoted as a must have 'supplement to iodine' - is it?  Or did some of the folks just read about it in there and decide to add it to the regime?  I know this thread covered some of the issues.
