he starting taking Wellbutrin because he was having sexual problems, so how could wellbutrin be causing sexual problems?

I don't know what study showed that 22 percent still caused sexual problems, because there are numerous studies that have shown Wellbutrin improves sexual problems in healthy or depressed me. So beats me where you got that number from.
Id' stick with the Wellbutrin until you are sure you are mentally stable.

and for the love of god find a doctor who will do an aerterialgram on your petrineum artery.
