Thanks for this information...my Ma has bursitis and its quite painfull.
We've been weening off the whites for a while and take enzymes. From what I just read, someone had success with more enzymes and the give away appears to be a 'leaky gut'. I also read that staph loves to haunt these areas. I have a mini-FG and looked up the staph frequency and can kill it off fast enough. Knowing that Ma drinks milk and staph loves to come with every glass, this is also a major suspect.
