I wish you all the best with your fast husnulove. It certainly can balance the system and do wonders so I hope it's just what you're looking for. I suggest however that you take the milk thistles before your fast but not during it. The body will recognise it as food and this will interfere with the perfect balance you would otherwise have during the fast. Pure water is the only thing to take internally during Water Fasts if you want them to work properly.
