I just bought a bottle of bromelain and use it for the past two days,so far it's helped me digest protein alot better as well as helping with calming my gut down,usually after a large protein meal I feel uncomfortable and sluggish.I had taken it with a large protein shake (usually gives me the 'brick shits' lol) but so far so good..no uncomfortable feelings no pain like before.I eat the normal amount of fiber I did daily so that wasn't the thing that helped.Hopefully it helps out continually,I got a 180 tablet bottle at 500mg/2000 GU (each tablet) organic vegetarian pills,no extra shiets or preservatives .it was like $15.
