I normally stay away from posting on the Debate Forums , although I do read some of them. The thread below about why have Iodine forums that was started and stirred by a seemingly disgruntled individual. So I thought I would add my two cents.

I do read and follow all three Iodine forums. Learned a good bit from each. I tested the high doses and tested the low doses and tested the abstaining from iodine. I finally got on a dosage that fits me. I do think for myself and follow no guru.

Currently I do use Lugol's and iodoral and atomiodide. Just different times of the day and different days of the week. This did not come about by accident. Info gleaned from all 3 Iodine forums played a good part.

And the complimentary supplements. IP-6, large doses of vitamin C, himalayan Sea Salt , a good multi-mineral supplement, and on and on. Without the Iodine Forum s I would never have known about these, except the vitamin C.

My health has gained by leaps and bounds since I started the iodine. Much healthier now than even last year. A great deal of the benefits are DIRECTLY RELATED TO IODINE. The Iodine Forum s are a necessity for regaining health, at lest in my opinion.
