Thanks for all the info Newport - I've never heard of the ileum valve before, I'll do the excerises mentioned. I've tried alternatives to SSRIs before, they havent worked for me, I was hoping as my overall health improved with treatment for the blasto and other problems like leaky gut etc they would work better for me. I do use GABA, Taurine and Kava and L Theanine which are good for relaxing and help me cut down on meds I use for long term insomnia. Obviously I have to keep trying different things and learning more until something works for me.
