After my 1st month with colonix I stopped drinking the tea that comes with and drank Yerba Mate tea instead. It ALWAYS makes for parastalsis after drinking. Instead of drinking a heavy concentrate in a small tea cup, I drink a large volume of hot tea - maybe 24 ounces or so. I think the combination of putting lots of hot/warm water in the body with the parastalsis action of Yerba Mate works just as well as the Colonix without the hazards of overuse.

For the fibre portion you can find that very cheap even in bulk in healthfood stores.
