I am not a quack so all I can do is tell you what I would do:
- get off the SSRI and start on SAMe or 5-http or both, GABA or organic butter also help
- make sure your ileum valve is working, requires calcium, Caltrate Plus works:

- add “water” soluble fiber to your diet:

- drink ozonated water twice a day to open up your stomach and duodenum for better food absorption. NOTE: O3 - Ozone not O2 supplements will also work.

- add Colostrum or Raw Milk or ISO Whey (100% cold processed)

Give that a little while and when you normalize then add an adapter powered zapper or rife machine...
