The Plzchuckle's Hot Lemonade Flush came about when Docta Dennis posted his gentle flush, it was orange juice, the cayenne, and oil ... I was already drinking the hot lemonade as I weaned off coffee. I asked Dennis about adding the oil to it, if he thought it would work. He told me to go for it and my liver thrieved on it.
I want you to understand that I'm not feeling bad. In June, I started having problems with swelling of my ankles, it went to whole feet, then up my legs and some days my torso and my hands are included. I've been eating loads of fruit which are potassium heavy and not eating much green leafy things which are magnesium heavy. I'm doing a 4 day OJ fast this weekend. Next week, I'll be adding more salad greens to my everyday eating and see if this solves my problem. Last weekends fast showed me that I have way to much sodium in my body and I've got to find out how to release and replace this. I'm a self-experimenter and I'll figure it out.
Olive oil isn't omega 3, it's omega 6 ... be careful with this ... too much omega 6 cancels the body's use of omega 3. Omega 3 from plant sources would be flax seed oil, borage oil and hemp seed oil. Balanced omegas are the thing to strive for in a well body ... omega 3 is instrumental in healing a dis-ease in most cases.
