Later on, after reading for a few weeks, I started changing my lifestyle. I started with Clark's but now I prefer Dr.Kelley's, see undder cleanses at top of page, but I tried several, also have done the coke flush, they all seem to work.
I did not start to follow Andreas Moritz till after several months and never did his LF. I did buy a colema board (for a home colonic) at that time, but now don't use it anymore.
I am the type that just tries everything, like enema's, and then find my own way.
