Thanks for sharing. Where do you figure you picked up the aluminum ? Just casual drinking from beverage cans and eating from aluminum cookware , or do you live next to an ALCOA plant ?

Iodine accelerates things. It could be good to do low-level, to let the body keep up instead of effectively flooding it and forcing a bunch of stuff out all at once. Like maybe a drop every second or third day. Thinking off the top of my head here.
