Upping the cayenne will loosen the sludge as well...

I float my cayenne on top of the lemonade with maple...
I don't mix it in.and can handle a lot more cayenne that way.
I always up the cayenne to the max on the last coupla MCcocktails
of the day, so the cayenne really works on me over night...

Upping the cayenne stimulates the bowels and one can experience more
eliminations during the day cuz it just wants out...experiment.
If you are going through primal scream symptoms when eliminating that
probably means too much cayenne! :P

Yellow is bile and old blood(if darker yellow),is my thinking.
