ok - i've doen a bit of reading and have tried the following regimes

apple cider vinegar directly on the affected areas - followed by tea tree oil morning and evening after showering
the ACV hurts like hell - tea trea oil less so - but overall condition did not really improve after 10 days - large area of skin became v read and sore / shedding.

am now using tea trea oil blended with coconut oil again morning and evening - and its helping - seems to have stopped progression and has calmed some of the redness after 2 weeks - some areas do seem to have healed - but most persisstent is bottom of buttock.
do not think this will cure it - need to try something else

i have read the guaranteed cure - and am all for trying it - but cannot get the Eqyss spray here in the uk - which seems to be a key component

have also ordered humaworm - but stil waiting and need relief -
have tried over the counter anti fungals before and no success

open to suggestions
