Hi,

I tried the Iodine test again- this time on my inner arm,my tummy and my foot
i did not do it overnight but this morning.After aprox 3 hrs i noticed the Iodine was still there but less. After 6 hours the spot on my tummy disappeared completely while on my inner arm i still could distinguish as a very vague stain(not yellow) but as a darker skin color. The upper tummy is the spot that was absorbed the most i guess- i could not tell where the Iodine circle was.I used regular iodine tincture-not LUGOL

I wonder what this mean ?
