I agree with designgirl. I really only have the gross butt pee and sometimes it's grainy. (Sorry I know this is gross.) In previous cleanses I've had the ropes. I think those don't start appearing until day 13 or 14. The tea at night and the swf is a sure way to make sure you are moving the cleanse along.
