I believe, though, in most cases, the greatest danger from candida is the toxins that it creates, that accumulate in our system. The larger the overgrowth, along with sugary intake, the more toxins (acetaldehyde) accumulate. Once our glands become weakened my toxins, our body systems malfunction creating syndromes like chronic fatigue, fibro-myalgia, irritable bowel...fill-in the blank.
