Oh yeah..yucky! My nails have turned to smooth, really smooth ( I used to have ridges) and shiny nail beds, with no hang nails that I would get on occasion. I had an injured nail too, and while raw foods have done wonders in getting the nails healthy the Iodine seems to be doing some more repair work on a very old nail injury..which is a bonus!

Nails, hair, skin, eyes, mouth, all show you how healthy you are..take a good, good look at those things. Get reading glasses if you have to, get a magnifying mirror if you have to, and if you have to get those things out to get a good look at yourself..that's a clue about your eyes:) I still use reading glasses and a magnifying mirror myself.
