I've been having some rice milk recently just to boost my calorie intake. Is this okay to have? it doesnt seem to have any affect on my stool form....

Also those of you out there on the procedure just be aware that vitamin e can ocassionally lower blodd pressure ive read - as a sideffect therefore, just make sure your circulation stays okay!!
