You might want to look into R lipoic acid insofar as your head...it supposedly is a
chelator that crosses the bbb.

I hope you take the time to post your new thyroid readings...It looks like iodine
is also working for you. The need for more sleep could be the fact that you now have
lessened digestion due to the withdrawal of iodine...
