Hi there - I'm sorry - I don't understand the meaning of do I assimilate herbs... I apologize. Does this mean do I absorb them? Since my Gastric Bypass, I have by and large been deficient in B-12, D-3, iron, potassium and magnesium. I have to take lots of supplements and keep up with them or I'm in big trouble. Does this help? Thanks
