Any idea what plants I should look for that have plenty of organic silica and plants high in calcium/iron ?? I know that horsetail plant has silica, but I have never seen this plant or know where to get it. I will do some research, but if you know, I'd appreciate it.

You know on the nights that I was doing a liver/ gall bladder cleanse with all that Epson salt, I had no problem. Hm-m-m-m.
