I'm wondering how you feel the day after you did that? Any thing you notice, like extra energy, or other? The Iodine went someplace and I venture to guess it was your bloodstream.

Try painting your inner arm or on your tummy, a 1" circle, and see what happens..do it in the daytime so you can check on it from time to time. Note how long it takes for it to be absorbed. Then post again here of those results.
