If I had to pick ONE, it would have to be MAPLE SYRUP, it would be the best because it comes from a tree.

The PICA has everything I know of, so that is the best combo, the Longevity Spices has this in it, plus another 100 odd herbs for balance and spices to speed its assimulation up. Sorghum by far is the cheapest and best for the $$$$$$$.

PICA is always my choice.
