Apple cider vinegar has 1001 uses..more even! It needs to be the raw unfiltered type that says it has "The Mother" in it..all the good enzymes etc..of the fermentation process. Bragg.com has lots of info. on it. You can find it at health food stores. I can't be without it and I try to have 3-4 large bottles of it..and when I have more money I want to store around 12 gallons of it at least..just to have for bathing, hair, drinking, salads, and much else..like cleaning, laundry, etc.
