Hi again, Ashley, nice to hear from you. It's definitely complicated. Now I'm thinking I was foolish for trying to define it as cause or symptom since I think it is part both and too intertwined in other things to be pinned down. If it could be pinned down more easily, psychologists would have made more advances with treatment... anyway, how are you? :)
