Hi! I am a raw vegan and trying to figure out what is amiss. Every night I am awakened with leg cramps. As I hop out of bed to stretch it out, it always pops. This is fairly new. And I must admit the cramps are not as bad as they use to be. But the popping, cracking, noise is concerning me. Oh, and the cramps always seem to be the end product of me stretching out my legs. ???

I would appreciate advice. Thanks!
