please let us know how you are getting on.
I think it is is important to conserve your energy and rest as much as possible. In doing so, your food reserves will last longer and the fast will can be extended to receive greater benefit therefrom.
If I were in your shoes, I would seek out the supervision of a Natural Hygienic Doctor who is experienced in fasting cases.
