If you run into people with stinky breath, and then you get a sore throat a day or two later, you probably caught strep throat.

Start taking Goldenseal immediately, with extra probiotics, increase your Iodine and Vitamin C, Roxalia by Bioron will also help. The strep sore throat symptoms will be gone in a day or two if you start with the Goldenseal immediately, but keep taking if for a couple of days so it doesn't come back. Mine started with drainage, then a scratchy throat.
