I think I have gluten intolerance and/or celiac. I mean anything containing gluten that celiacs avoid - wheat, rye, etc. I don't seem to have a problem with corn or rice, but I don't eat a lot of those anyway. It took me a long time to figure out that this host of problems I had came from wheat. And then, they don't go away overnight...it takes a while to recover. Weeks, months, years, depending on the problem. Digestive problems, like constipation, cramping, diarrhea, burning gas...emotional problems, like anxiety & depression...just a lot of things, some small but important.
