hmmmm.... I love me some veggies sandwiches on wheat bread but a flat tummy is pretty darn compelling. By wheat, do you actually mean all grains - bread, rice, etc.? Just curious.

Last night/this morning I dreamt through a whole sequence of the ending of a video game, invented in my head. I had almost beat the guy when I woke up.....
