I take it cuz I love to stink. Ok, maybe I take it for that metallic taste in my mouth later on. Wait...no...I take it because I feel SUPER, thanks for asking! It helps when I beef up my companion minerals and vitamin C.

I have to comment on eliminating wheat from my diet. My stomach is SO flat now. I am slender anyway & thought that I just had to deal with a bit of a pooch. None of that was fat - all inflammation & clogged pipes. Dang, too bad it took me this long to figure this out...but thanks to CZ.

My husband takes it for the bromine detox - er - for the "wacky dreams."
