The weird thing about this is that it doesn't take much dedication to be consistant with oil pulling. It's really addicting - in fact I HAVE to oil pull now. The other night I woke up feeling congested and a bit heavy in the chest. It game me an unavoidable urgency to pull. I did and felt better right away as expected. If I ever need a deep sleep (which I do often) pulling with EVCO at night lets me sleep til noon.

More than anything that light feeling I get after pulling is what keeps me coming back. Trapper thought it had to do with taking the load off the liver, which makes sense the more I think about it. I don't see any way I'll stop pulling, and that's even putting the huge oral health benefits aside.
