I've been thinking this was my missing link for 20 years now but could not figure how to go about safely using Iodine. I once posted about a little overdose on vitamins I did 25 years ago during high school but it got deleted. Anyway, I've always knows this is what I needed to raise my 96.8 temp and sure enough it has been. I did go off in August, as I gained 10 pounds so did the niacin and vit. c test. Now I am back on Iodine hoping I have the right balance.
