Some good advice given here.

I wanted to add that one of the best things to do to combat parasite infections while waiting to take the next dose is to find a diet that will feed you and NOT feed the parasites. I have been learning a LOT about diet and it drops my parasite symtpoms to *almost* where I feel normal again. Everyone's parasites and bodies will be different, but in *general*, an anti-parasite diet means you can eat:

eggs
chicken
(possibly red meat, possibly not)

non-gluten grains like brown rice, quinoa, millet, amaranth

bitter green vegetables

(possibly) tomatoes but NO other fruit

(possibly) almonds or walnuts (test and see)

sea salt (lots of it), black pepper, oregano

stevia for sweetener

butter
rice bran oil

black coffee
water
olive leaf tea

Most teas are NOT okay...test and see if you aren't sure...for example, peppermint tea may be okay, pau d'arco tea may be okay, etc...

dutch-processed cocoa powder (the kind processed with alkali): this is my one "treat"--mixed with a dash of stevia powder, a little hot water and a little butter... :)

Start out on the diet very strictly...you should notice an alleviation of symptoms rather quickly, as in a reduction of symtpoms within a couple days time. This diet basically puts the parasites to sleep. Again, you may need to "play" with it----most parasites won't feed off of eggs, but some do, etc, so just pay attention and remember that there IS a diet that will help you and STARVE the parasites...you just have to have the patience to find it.

That's how you "test" with it...keep a food diary and once you've figured out what works for you, try adding a new thing (like peppermint tea, or cinnomon spice) and if everyone stays "asleep" for the next 48 hours, that means it's okay for you). If not, you will feel the symptoms coming back, sometimes just for a couple days but sometimes lasting up to a week before they die back down.

Hope this helps.
Warmly,
HZ
