Thank you so much for your response! I guess I have one more question that is worrying me. Have you ever experienced episodes where u feel tight in your chest and then you get like these sensations throughout your body for a quick second where it feels like ur heart stopped beating and you might faint, but you never faint and nothing ever happens? Because I have been getting that alot lately and it sets me in panic. The sensation isnt painful persay, but it feels like a panic sensation/going to faint/heart skipping. If you could let me know that would be great! Thanks!
