WOW! What a miracle!

I am on Day 17 and decided to try the P&B shakes on Day 15. I was wary, as it was recommended to do Day 2-8, and I thought I might be too far into my cleanse. Additionally, I was told it could take 1-2 weeks before the shake did it's real work and created the "ropes" indicating the cleansing of mucoid plaque.

This morning I had my first "rope! It has only been 1 1/2 days. It was so nice to eliminate a solid after 2+ weeks of liquid elimination. Plus, it's a testiment to the fact that even though I have eliminated so much for so long, there is still MORE! wow!

I joked with my BF that I have never been so obsessed with BMs before. It's a good feeling to see the physical effects.

I highly recommend this addition to a strict MC.
