I forgot how much Lugol's you're on?

Evidently I've got to be on a LOT of Iodine to make stuff happen. The Iodine doctor's (well at least Flechas) put their Breast Cancer patients on 100mgs. Fibroids and fibrocystic breast stuff are tissues going awry so I'm starting to think many of us with these problems need to follow the Breast Cancer protocol. Flechas told me to expect 2-3 years before my breasts would completely rebuild the tissue so the cysts were gone. I would think with fibroids it's at leasts that long or maybe longer.

It's taken me a very long time to finally get the point I'm willing to deal with this head on because of the detox problems Iodine brings on. I continually backed off worried that I was harming my body with large doses of iodine. Trapper;s posts a while back on the iodine tapes he was watching really helped with confidence.
The research on 50mgs minimum that Abraham's recommends is through and well-thought out.

btw.....I was on a list for fibroids for awhile and one of the members did iodine douches. She also found tissue being excreted and felt her fairly large fibroid decreased in size. She was using dilute Lugols in a douche a few times a week.
