thats what im talking about. it is so easy, as we start feeling down, to get conservative and not do anything. wrong. keep hydrated. and now, i would do what glax did right away. hell, i do that every day and never get sick!!

can you imagine those poor people swimming in all that illness. they are too sick to realize how sick they are! or too sick to care. god bless you for helping them.
