I've been volunteering at a place that helps the homeless. Both times I felt ill after spending time there. The first time it happened, I was up all night long throwing up and ached all over the next day. I took oscillococcinum for the flu-like symptoms, in addition to sixteen vertical drops of Lugols twice daily. I was completely over it within 36 hours, only spent one day in bed. The next time, it felt like I was getting a sore throat after volunteering, plus the all over achy feeling was back. I took more oscillococcinum, and twenty drops in orange juice twice a day. The sore throat went away and I was fine within 24 hours.
