I don't know who has the cake recipe and I really am freaking out about what sort of sweets I can have! I'm super excited about this diet and I'm glad I found this forum. I just have sooo many questions. This is my 3rd day and I know I'm not being perfect as far as eating all of the highly benificial foods but, I am slowly eliminating the toxic ones. May sound a little crazy but I feel better already? maybe it's just the excitement of it all. Gosh, talk about an eye opener huh? I thought I was pretty much doing everything right...such as buying 100% whole wheat everything. Apparently lethal. If anyone has any great advice I would sure appreciate it.
