-The in-between herbs don’t seem to be doing much. Should I take a bigger quantity?
***No...not necessarily...it is your personal choice.
-Should I take lots more pumpkin seeds and coconut oil?
***Perhaps...it is your personal choice.
-The clarkia was bought as a maintenance thing, should I, could I, do a proper clarkia cleanse program with this so soon after the HM?
***No...these herbals are some you need to avoid for ninety days, to avoid 'resistant' parasites.
-Could I start another humaworm ahead of the 3 month limit?
***No....for the same reason as above...to avoid creating 'resistance' in parasites.
-When I do another HM should I do the extra strong version?
***I don't know.
-When I do another HM can we exclude garlic?
***This may be a possibility.
The most important part of parasite cleansing, in my opinion, is preparedness.
Read, read, read everything you can find about the herbals, and parasite cleansing in general, first, and make certain you understand.
Then you must decide for yourself what to do...just as you must decide what to have for a meal.
You know, most things we do differently for the first time, feel like such a heavy 'learning curve'...everything seems to collapse around us...we can no longer depend on the old ways. That's a pretty heavy trip, and very scary.
But, there is great reward in simply taking one tiny step at a time. Incorporate only one small change at a time, and the rest follow as night follows day...as dominoes speed to their destined pattern.
Your body thanks you by feeling good, better and better, with every tiny improvement, every change you incorporate.
Even 'die-off' seems somehow temporary and half-hearted. Somewhere within you recognize that improvement is happening, and the scared feelings subside, even vanish.
You choose where to start, and continue, depending entirely on your position in understanding. As you read, points begin to stand out, catch your attention, and form new points-of-view, questions, and answers...all uniquely your own.
This is exactly as it should be...how we each learn, and improve...each in our own way.
After a while we become confident.
Right now, I am struggling with one last question, one last uncertainty. But, the way Aha! moments have been cropping up, on time, I'm sure this question will be solved, chop-chop. I no longer worry.
My best,
Fledgling
