Hi, I did the bowel clease earlier this year. Since doing so I've had terrible gas. I did it for 2months solid and then followed it with a collonic irrigation. I sometimes do meditation and chi gung but I've found it has prevented me doing this. Sometimes when i wake up I breath using my stomach musles and there is a burping sound. It's sound like there is something stuck in there still. Any thoughts comments etc..
