Yes, I thought so too.. Spectrum also wanted me to sign various I.D. papers to take delivery and state the intended use, etc, all things that I consider are none of their (Fill in the blank) business. This was for a whsl purchase of 1 Litre, right after the new regs kicked in earlier this year.

I'd rather not do their paper thing, so I didn't make the purchase.

My supplier is now using a source other than Spectrum, because of this.
