Actually no I don't have MCS anymore! YEAH! I am free of it. However I do live in a house that has two room carpeted, the rest is hardwood flooring. I want to get a kitty but hubby is scared to death that if it pees on the carpet and we use a cleaner (years ago I used something that had an orange fragrence to it and it made me very sick)which ended in disaster. Even though I am not sick now, he is catastrophizing.....so I wanted to see what others use who currently have the MCS.
The vinager and baking soda probably would not be strong enough. Thanks.
PS- I got well doing diaphragmatic breathing, cognitive therapy and neurofeedback.
