This was day 26 for me taking Champex. I take 4 x 150mg caps for my main meal.

I think that there have been some changes for me in terms of a change in my fecal odour (i can only just smell myself) but I don't think it's the massive improvment that 123go has had.

I think that the odour has changed (based on what I can smell and other peoples reactions) but the odour is still there. It also depends on what I eat and spicy food still seems to cuse a lot of odour.

I am going to continue for the next few weeks and will report back further.

By the way has anyone tried Devrom. Has anyone tried this as somepeople on some other boards have reported amazing results with the reduction of fecak odour.

This stuff is supposed to contain a lot of the the same stuff that's inm pepto boismol but is supposedly different. Does anyone know if there is any real difference between this and pepto.
