Sheldon - i wasn't meaning to say these effects are caused by the vitamin e procedure at all. What i meant was the joint pain, chronic fatigue, headaches etc are all symptoms i have been having for ages - a long time before i started your procuedure. So i know its not the enemas or diet causing this.

I know these are some potential complication of IBD - because my bowel and bleeding isnt actually that bad, rather these other symptoms are dreadful feeling tired etc. I know i have ibd cause i get a lot of bowel pain etc. its just for some readon my stool form is not too bad:)

Do you think then by following the procedure, i will get rid of the other symptoms (the joint pain, headaches etc.) - which are all other symptoms of having ibd. Will going on the procedure get rid of these after like 2 months of sticking to your procdure exactly?
