Hey! Get up some week-end morning and make those pancakes for her and the kids with the cast-iron skillet using ghee as a coating. "Lead by example", isn't that what you're always telling me? YOU don't have to eat any of the pancakes, and you'll be showing your kids that they don't have to buy teflon when they leave the house and live on their own!!! They already know they have an awesome dad, don't they?

It is amazing how easy it is to flip those pancakes - they simply don't stick!!! (I coat the pan well, but not to where it puddles when heated). I was amazed with coconut oil in a cast-iron skillet, but even MOREso with ghee!

And, our pancakes are the less-sturdy gluten-free kind!
