Louella, please take your time with the supplements list. I rested a lot this weekend, spent time with my kids, ate good food (no wine, no cigs). And I'm already feeling a little better!

I feel like you are my friend and that you understand completely how I've been feeling. I have friends and acquaintances here ... but no one that I can really confide in about this; and I don't like for my kids to see me "falling apart" so I try very hard to hide it. Even if friends did understand, I doubt they could offer any effective solutions; most folks simply don't have the knowledge. I sure hope that some day I can be as helpful to others as you are!
